Our procedures for the sale of commodities are very simple. We work exclusively with manufactures and owners so are able to pass these benefits on to our clients. We deal directly with the legal mandate of the buyer/seller or buyer/seller respectively. Our standard business practise for transitions is via working agreements, contacts and NCNDA. 

We stand as the legal mandates for several funds globally who we source and purchase precious metals on the funds behalf. Standard practise who be we would request a verifiable FCO, Once the product has be verified, we move to contact. We offer a tried and tested cash and carry method of purchase via our refinery accounts within the UAE. Gold bullion will be purchased at LBMA rates.

Seller provides FULL specifications of the product being offered for sale including its form.

Seller or secure courier delivers stock to our Clearing Office in Dubai.

We will select random samples or send the entire amount of the stock for assay.

Upon receipt of an emailed assay report from the refinery (minimum 1 hour) we will fix the price on XAU and make payment.
05

Seller transfers ownership of the product to us.

Seller provides a verifiable Full Corporate Offer (FCO) will FULL specifications of the product being offered for sale including its form.

On verification of FCO we will we will sign a contract to purchase any stock available.

Seller agrees to move their stock to Dubai at their own cost.

Seller or secure courier delivers stock to our Clearing Office in Dubai.

We will select random samples or send the entire amount of the stock for assay.
